Where we started

Every audit used to begin the same way: exporting reports from Tally one at a time, cleaning them up and stitching them into a working file. It took hours before any real checking could start.

TExtract does that in one run. It reads a TallyPrime company and writes a single, tidy Excel workbook with the books, registers, balances, GST and bill-wise data an auditor needs, and it is used on live audits.

TExtract grew out of the audit work at H.C. Gulecha & Co., Bengaluru.

What we believe

• One job, done well. Each tool solves a task you already do by hand.
• Your client's data stays on your computer. We don't need it and we don't take it.
• Output must be checkable. Every workbook says what was read and for which period.
• Plain language. Clear screens, clear messages and a person to write to.
