Terms of use

These terms apply to TExtract, its add-ons and this website, all offered by Krinirv Tech ("we"). By downloading or using TExtract you accept these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TExtract for your own work and your clients' work during your trial or paid licence period. The software is licensed, not sold. The plan, its duration, the add-ons and the number of computers are as stated in your order or invoice.

2. Free trial

A new account gets a 7-day free trial. One trial is allowed per person and per computer.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. A licence is linked to the computers registered for it and may not be shared with other people or firms.

4. What you may not do

  • Copy, sell, rent or pass on the software or your licence.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except as the law expressly allows.
  • Work around or disable licence checks.

5. Beta software and your review

TExtract is in beta. It reads data as TallyPrime provides it and can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking its output before relying on it in any audit, return, report or decision.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business.

7. Updates and ending a licence

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We may suspend or end a licence that breaks these terms. You may stop using TExtract at any time.

8. Trademarks

TExtract and Krinirv Tech are our names. TallyPrime is a trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. TExtract is an independent product and is not made, approved or endorsed by either company.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
