This policy explains what personal data Krinirv Tech ("we") collects when you use TExtract and this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your Tally data

TExtract reads TallyPrime on your own computer and saves the Excel workbook on your computer. Your accounting data, vouchers, ledgers and reports are never sent to us.

What we collect

  • Account details: the email address and password you use to sign up and sign in.
  • Licence details: your plan, its start and end dates, and the add-ons you hold.
  • Device identifier: an identifier worked out from your computer's hardware details, used to link a licence to that computer.
  • Technical logs: the app version, the time of sign-in, licence and update checks, and the IP address they came from.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include, such as screenshots.

Why we use it

  • To create your account, confirm your email and let you reset your password.
  • To check your licence and stop a licence being used beyond its terms.
  • To offer app updates and to answer your support requests.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a server hosting provider to run the licence and update service, and an email service provider to send sign-up and password emails. They process data only on our instructions. These providers may store data outside India.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

How long we keep it

We keep account and licence details while your account is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to support@krinirv.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
